Head of Client Relationship Management recruitment
- Coach and lead the CRM team
- Identify sales opportunites with existing clients
- Build and sustain relationships with clients
- Monitor and understand client usage of trading systems
- Facilitate trading opportunities in real time
- Identification of distinct trading strategies of clients
- Build collaborative relationships with sales and trading desks and international peers
- Entertain clients outside of business hours
- Travel periodically throughout Europe and the US
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Minimum of 5 years management experience overseeing a team of at least 3
- Dynamic personality with a proven ability to feecectively interact with industry peers
- Extensive knowledge of Global (especially European) equities
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, both oral and written
- Proven account management expaerince
- Excellent people and presentation skills
- Understanding of the regulatory environment for electronic and alternative trading systems in Europe
- Good cross-cultural expertise to effectively interface with colleagues internationally
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of Continental European language(s)
- Existing relationships and/or trading experience within the buyside equity trading space
- Relationship Management/Sales experience in an ECN/ATS or brokerage
