Annual Salary - £45,000 to £55,000 depending on qualifications and experience
Hays Healthcare are currently working with an established private healthcare organisation in the heart of London who are seeking to recruit a Head of Clinical Services. The private healthcare organisation in question delivers the highest quality care to highly dependent individuals with complex health needs in the comfort and security of their own homes for both adults and children. The organisation works in partnership with the NHS, local authorities and the voluntary sector.
The Head of Clinical Services contributes to the organisation's corporate management agenda by providing strong strategic, professional and clinical leadership for all aspects of nursing and allied health professionals, in demonstrating care, compassion and respect for patients, carers and staff and is a member of the management team.
You will have clinical qualifications to degree level or equivalent along with leadership/management qualifications. Management/leadership experience at senior clinical level within the NHS or Private Sector is essential and you should also be able to show evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
You should also have working knowledge of key regional and national initiatives impacting on palliative/community care delivery and experience of strategic planning and development.
