Head of Collateral Management- Leading Global Bank recruitment
A renowned international banking institution that pride themselves for a vast array of product areas have an opportunity for a Head of Collateral Management. You will play an integral role, supporting two managers combined with being an expert in OTC Derivatives and Fixed Income Products. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking a new challenge within a reputable bank.
You will be responsible for;
- Effectively understand and promote the risk and control framework
- People leader and professional development for Senior Management
- Adhere to regulatory and risk management framework as required
- Build rapport with senior stakeholders to deliver on business requirements
- Act as a leadership function demonstrating sound knowledge and exposure across OTC Derivatives and Fixed Income Products.
Key requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in an investment/commercial banking
- Sound knowledge in OTC Derivatives and Fixed Income Products
- Demonstrated people management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree qualified in Business / IT
