The Head of Commercial Banking is a senior leadership position in which you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the achievement of key outcomes for our business customers, as well as helping us achieve our mission to be the leading provider of financial services to the Commercial Business segment. As part of the Commercial Banking leadership team you will contribute to the development and implementation of the bothlocal and state market strategy.

This role offers the opportunity to build and lead a sales team to drive business growth and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

We're looking for a strong leader, an individual that has proven success in developing and leading a high performing sales team. Your ability to maximise market opportunities, champion business growth and contribute to the national business strategy will define your success. Whilst a focus on business targets is essential, it is your commercial insight, thought leadership and passion for bringing out the best in your team that will set you apart. .

At a minimum, you will:

have an exceptional and demonstrable track record of achievement

have a proven strategic thinking

have strong commercial acumen and senior stakeholder relationship management skills

have excellent credit skills and be tertiary qualified
