A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Commercial to join my clients Construction Company.
The business is seeking an individual who can lead and develop the Commercial sector of the business. You will oversee, manage and protect commercial and contractual interests relating to my clients business whilst working in partnership with other managers across the business on key issues with the constructions teams to ensure the company achieves it's aim and goal, including both pre and post contract reasonability's.
The successful individual will have experience of maximising financial effectiveness and profitability through the application of proper contractual and commercial practices and management of risk. Ideally you will be a strong communicator that has sub-contractor experience, and has knowledge and experience. A proven track record in delivering growth and profit against a background of excellent client care.
