This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high profile role within a high profile organisation. Our Client is a leading Government body and they require a Head of Communications to manage and develop the Communications team. For this role we are looking for a strong leader, communicator and Public relations professional who has worked in a dynamic, complex environment.
The Role:
· Developing and executing the communications plan to enhance the brand
· Support the marketing strategy both internally and externally
· Manage a team of 5 to deliver projects to time and budget
· Manage a significant comms budget
· Develop the media plan and target key audiences B2C, B2B, Trade and Government
· Develop key insight into the industry you are supporting
The Person
· Has managerial experience
· Is a strong leader and influencer
· A background in corporate communications
· Can work within a complex organisation and topic
· Can really drive the media plan and build a brand
