• Improve retention and employee turnover (below market) at time of organizational change (portfolio shift, organization restructuring) by ensuring transparency, flexibility and maturity of regular CB processes and special retention tools
• Improve employee engagement in strategy execution with incentive plans (regular and special ones that support local strategy)
• Long-term retention of key talent and align their objectives to shareholder’s goals with long term incentives (equity, deferred cash)
• Managing personnel costs and headcount. Improve transparency of personnel cost tracking
• Improve CB communication
• International Assignees management
• Ensure workforce mobility
• HR Operations (HR KPIs, HR Budget, Retention Budget, reporting)
• Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of key CB processes (job descriptions, policies and procedures)
• Develop capability of CB functions (staffing, professional certification, knowledge management, development plans)
