As part of our client's expansion and changing regulatory environment they are seeking an experienced Financial services professional with a strong background in compliance and governance at an enterprise level.
You will be very experienced in working with existing and new FSA regulations and work at embedding these values into the business operational culture to minimise risks. You will be experienced in analysing the business to identify key areas within a business where potential risks could arise taking action working pragmatically with senior leaders to enhance operational process to prevent problems and maximise efficiency.
You will have a strong understanding ideally of the life insurance business and be able to add value to senior business stakeholders by advising on policy and governance and how best to embed this into an operational environment. Specific areas such as Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions as well as fraud and corruption are key areas which will also come under your remit within this role.
This is a great opportunity to work proactively within a compliance role, they are looking for someone with the ability to change a business culture. This is a very exciting prospect for an experienced compliance or Policy manager to work with a leading Life Insurance organisation.
