Head of Compliance – Business & Commercial recruitment
6 month Contract
Top Tier Global Bank require a Head of Compliance to deliver appropriate and timely compliance support to business management and ensure that significant regulatory risks are identified and managed.
Role
Maintain a compliance monitoring programmes appropriate to the business and conduct a programme of surveillance monitoring
Develop compliance policies and procedures to reflect the changing business and regulatory environment, including data protection and consumer credit policies
Ensure an appropriate regulatory risk training programme and delivery of compliance related training, as appropriate
Experience Required
Ideal candidate will need extensive experience of working at a senior level within the compliance function from a CommerCial/Retail/Corporate organisation.
Retail SME/Small Corporate experience essential
The ideal candidate will hold the CF10 CF11 responsibility
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
Strong Knowledge in Insurance Mediation Regulations, Banking Regulations, Consumer Credit Legislation, Data Protection Legislation AML Legislation
