Full Job Description
The ideal candidate will hold the CF10 CF11 responsibility, this will potentially grow in the future with the possibility of restructuring the department to accommodate the extra responsibilities An outline of the day to day duties will include identifying, developing and maintaining appropriate systems and controls to satisfy the groups regulatory requirements Maintaining a good relationship with the Financial Services Authority Reporting regularly to the Board on the state of compliance within the group Making decisions about internal compliance queries and liaising with other members of the management team as appropriate Reviewing the compliance audit and monitoring programmes to identify underdeveloped risk mitigation plans and to define and secure remedial action.
The ideal candidate will need extensive experience of working at a senior level within the compliance function from an FX Retail background. The ideal candidate will have general compliance experience;as well as MLRO responsibilities. This is an outstanding opportunity to work within a very well respected market leader in the FX business who is expanding its UK operations substantionally and therefore the ideal candidate will have the responsibility to developing and grow the compliance function using all your knowledge and experience to ensure the operation runs smoothly
A fast expanding and successful FX Broker
£80000 - £100,000 plus package
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
