Head of Compliance (Wealth Management) recruitment

Key responsibilities include:

-managing team members, training/guiding them in their career development;

-liaising with internal/external parties such as HO, regulatory authorities, auditors etc;

-ensure overall compliance effectively, advising on business transactions, training staff members on compliance awareness etc;

-approve/arbitrate on new products and services, account opening etc;

-ensure submission of internal/external reports;

-involved in adhoc projects.

Key Criteria include:

- Degree qualified (with Diploma in Compliance;

- Min 10 years of relevant Compliance experience; wealth management exposure a must;

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;

- Managerial experience a must;

- Solid understanding of controls/risk/compliance.
