Manage a dynamic and fast paced consulting team
As Head of Consulting you will be a key member of Corality’s management team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Your responsibilities will include:
- Management, recruitment and professional development of a global consulting team
- Profitability and budget management
- Development of Structural Capital
- Project allocation and resource planning
- Business Development and Key Account Management
- Quality assurance

To be successful in this role you need to understand the requirements of our clients. We look for the following attributes;
- Minimum of 5-10 years experience in senior consulting roles
- Proven track record of managing deadline driven and client facing consulting teams
- Experience in time budgeting and profitability analysis
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial modelling in a transaction / banking environment
- Passion for consultative sales and rigorous planning
- A go-get attitude – we strive for continuous improvement
- Ability to bring a charismatic, humorous and positive attitude to a collaborative work environment
