Head of Corporate Communications recruitment
Establish, promote and continuously enhance an outstanding corporate brand for the Bank’s Group.
• Research, supervise and coordinate corporate events and major activities that promote the brand of the bank.
• Participate in strategic planning and coordinate marketing campaigns for Head Office and subsidiaries in line with the Group’s defined objectives.
• Provide effective leadership, drive effective performance management; hire quality talent within the Corporate Communications department; drive the bank’s culture and operate in a ‘customer led, relationship driven’ manner.
• Cultivate ideas and innovation to team members in marketing campaigns; interact directly with product managers in identifying new marketing opportunities; prepare regular marketing activity reports and respond appropriately to questions from the media, other organizations and the Bank’s shareholders.
• To create, implement and oversee corporate communications programmes that effectively describe and actively promote the Bank and its products both locally and globally to the targeted constituents (clients, customers, regulators, community and employees as appropriate) in a cost effective manner.
BA in Media Studies, Journalism, Public Relations or Communications field with extensive experience in Corporate Communications, Shareholder Relations and/or Client Services.
• Must have a strong understanding of corporate communications, company culture, and how to protect and promote the brand of the company and use this information to execute effective corporate communications strategies.
• Ability to understand a variety of people from different cultures and levels; ability to project a very professional image.
• Outstanding communication skills in both Arabic and English, clearly articulate with both the written and spoken word.
• International level exposure and experience preferred.
