Head of Corporate Communications recruitment
The primary responsibility will be to facilitate in the planning and lead the execution of a wide range of communications activities to meet our client’s public relations, investor relations and marketing communications objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Set communications goals and execute thorough strategic planning
- Manage communications plans, external consultants and vendors, website, press interactions and releases
- Work with management to coordinate logistics around roadshows, conferences and group events
- Plan all corporate communications events
- Support senior management in their roles as company spokespersons in coordinating and executing outreach efforts
- Lead communications efforts in the fields of investor relations, public relations and marketing
- Review and maintain all communications materials, including major messages, press releases, website, corporate presentations and mange the internal review processes
- Coordinate with outside IR and PR consultants and vendors
- Establish operational objectives and work plans
Requirements include:
- Bachelors Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or Communications
- 8-10 years strong public relations experience, preferably in the trust, insurance or wealth management environment
- Strong verbal and outstanding written communication skills, including the ability to communicate concisely and draft documents such as press releases, web content, position papers, speeches and briefings
- Team-oriented and able to interact effectively and influence peers and all levels of management
- Extremely strong interpersonal skills including good judgment, maturity, creativity, and a high energy level
- Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken is essential
