Job Descriptions
- Plan and execute varieties of corporate finance transactions covering financial advisory undertakings, pre-IPO fund, equity and fixed income fund raising activities;
- Manage all in-house corporate finance projects including corporate advisory MAs;
- Responsible for both equity and debt, and relationship management with investment and commercial banks;
- Responsible for origination and negotiation of corporate finance mandates and oversee execution of equity-related investment banking activities;
- Review financial modeling, business proposals and agreements in relation to corporate finance activities;
- Handle the due diligence on listing applications;
- Draft announcements, circulars and prospectus;
- Manage the whole documentation set throughout a transaction process;
- Liaise with external legal counsels on major commercial points and transaction structures;
- Oversee day to day operations in the Corporate Finance team and supervise the subordinates to complete required tasks.
Requirements:
- Holder of university degree with professional qualifications in related fields.
- At least 8 years relevant experience.
- Sound knowledge of listing rules and takeover codes.
- Qualified Type 1 6 RO license.
- A good team player, proven experience to manage and lead a team of staff is required.
- Strong presentation skills along with excellent written communication in both English and Chinese.
