Head of Corporate Planning – Banking recruitment
Our client is a Listed Bank with business in Consumer, Corporate and Private Bank. They are now seeking for a high calibre candidate to join their organisation
The incumbent will report to the Chief Financial Officer
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to conduct ALM, financial analysis, corporate capital planning, strategic directions, corporate development plans and Balance Sheet planning to meet the goal from Bank
- Support CFO to manage liquidity and maintain bank-wide liquidity management policies and procedures
- Manager fund raising project with the Treasurer
- Perform financial planning to satisfy Basel III capital and liquidity requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall efficiency and oversee MIS system
Requirement
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, business or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years experience in Banking/ financial institutions, with Accounting, finance and corporate planning experience are preferred
- Knowledge on ALM, Basel I, II, III is an advantage
- Familiar with HKMA guidelines on capital and liquidity management
- Ability to drive teammate to success with strong communication and management skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
