Head of Corporate Products for Commercial Cards

You’ll manage the end-to-end process of product management for all corporate cards, and you’ll have personal control over the product mix, pricing, profitability, and acquisition strategy – in short, the entire customer experience.

As a Head of Corporate Products for Commercial Cards your main responsibilities will involve:
• Owning the end 2 end product management for all Corporate Products, defining product mix, and pricing, profitability, and acquisition strategy and customer experience.
• Ownership of the PL, delivering on strategic growth plans whilst maximising profitability of products
• Managing high level stakeholder relationships within RBS and externally with third parties
• Conducting regular research programmes to monitor effectiveness of our products in the corporate marketplace
• Making sure that all products, services and solutions meet regulatory and legal requirements

As a Head of Corporate Products for Commercial Cards your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Extensive financial services experience and profit and loss responsibilities
• In depth knowledge of Corporate / Commercial clients ideally with extensive experience of Commercial Cards or another products area such as cash or Trade
• Outstanding leadership abilities and stakeholder management skills
• A track record of successful end-to-end product management
• Clear experience of maximising the profitability of a product and delivering on growth projections
