Head of Corporate Reporting – Financial Planning & Analysis recruitment
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant, who will be responsibile for measuring financial performance and performing financial analysis that supports decision making.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position will be based in South Africa, Johannesburg.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Management of quarterly estimate process, timetable and deadlines to ensure timely business review and finalisation;
- Co-ordinate and analyse net investment income and invested assets estimates;
- Prepare and analyse and challenge quarterly estimates and business performance;
- Manage quarter end process;
- Conduct expense analysis;
- Conduct rike and opportunity process;
- Manage the budget process;
- Compile, verify and conduct variance analysis of monthly production reports.
The successful candidate for this position will possess a CA Qualification and have post articles experience in the Insurance industry.
