Role requirements
• Responsible for setting and implementing the strategic objectives for the business
• Responsible for day to day management of the business
• Develop, coach and motivate team members
• Develop a cohesive and collaborative team to ensure that both the needs of internal stakeholders and external customers are met
• Maintain internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
-Manage existing client relationships
• Develop new client relationships through referrals from existing clients
• Manage operational risks, including identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting
• Liaising with local, regional and overseas offices with a view to ensure seamless deal execution and ongoing administration and maximize business potential
Personal qualities
- In depth knowledge of the Corporate Trust Loan Agency business
- experience of managing client relationships
