The Everyday Banking division is responsible for managing the products our customers rely upon on a day to day basis. Credit Cards, Current Accounts and Overdrafts work hand in glove to exceed the expectations of our customers, ensuring we build long-term, trustworthy relationships and deliver sustainable revenue to Products and Marketing. Our five teams (Credit Cards, Core Current Accounts and Debit Cards, PBA, Packaged and Student, Overdrafts and Acquisitions, Category Development) serve over 12m customers, each with individual needs that we address through perpetual evolution of our products and services.

As Head of Credit Cards Overdrafts, you'll lead a team of people across multiple sites and have end to end responsibility for integrated strategy and PL for credit cards and overdrafts. You'll define, develop and lead implementation of integrated category strategy for credit cards and overdrafts, and understand customer needs, working with product development to create effective customer propositions to address these needs. Additionally, you'll develop and execute both an annual and long term (3-5 years), customer focused strategy, including provision for activation, product marketing, pricing, retention and management of existing customers (stock).

To be successful as Head of Credit Cards Overdrafts, you'll have significant experience of managing a credit card PL, and a proven track record of successfully exceeding targets and growing income. You'll also have a thorough knowledge of the credit card issuing marketplace, market trends and profit drivers, and an exceptional track record of people management and multi-functional team leadership. Additionally, you'll have a track record of operating at senior levels within matrix managed organisations.
