HEAD OF CREDIT – PRIVATE BANKING recruitment

A prestigious private bank headquartered in Europe offering investment and wealth management services is looking for a new Head of Credit for the Hong Kong territory, and act as the Deputy Head of Credit Asia.
Your main responsibilities will be to manage a small team of credit risk managers and exercise discretionary authority in approving and provide details credit recommendations to head office. You will take a strong role in the work flow process between Credit and the front line, pro-actively working with Private Banking teams in structuring lending transactions.
With strong leadership skills and prior team management experience, you will provide training and guidance to credit staff and private banking teams to ensure continual development and adherence to a strong credit culture for the bank. You will have strong credit sanctioning, preferably in a private banking background.
