Head of Credit & Reg Admin recruitment

Responsibilities
The Credit and Regulatory Administration Head is mandated to establish and operate a new function to coordinate credit and regulatory support for ratings. The Credit Regulatory Administrative Head will provide oversight over credit administrative and regulatory processes and related support.

Project Management
- Partner with business and support teams to build Credit Regulatory operations
- Hire and train support team for newly formed Credit Regulatory administration roles
- Manage a team of 6-8 business analysts and supervise major projects for Credit Administrative and Regulatory implementations
- Establish and document operations for regulatory disclosures and credit administration functions
- Provide business guidance for supporting technology development
- Identify process improvements in data, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency and effectiveness for Credit administration; identify opportunities for streamlining and standardization
- Document business processes for credit administration and regulation
- Plan and implement business management of key requirements such as regulatory disclosures
- Develop and establish metrics to monitor regulatory compliance and to assess support functions for Regulatory compliance
- Manage budget for Credit Regulatory administration

Coordination
- In partnership with Compliance and Middle Office, manage the implementation of new credit and regulatory compliance policies, and develop LOB-wide procedures for policy implementations
- In partnership with Outsourcing Governance, manage outsourcing initiatives for Credit and Regulatory administration
- Oversee SLAs with support teams
- Report regularly to the management on the progress of credit and regulatory-related initiatives

Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills
- Financial Services experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in managing regulatory implementation
- 10-15 years of project management experience
- Advanced degree preferred
