Head of Credit Review for a rapidly growing bank in Indonesia recruitment

 •   Contribute to the preparation/review of credit policy and strategy documents.

•   Review and approve credit request package/programs submitted for Credit Committee approval under delegated credit authority. 

•   Ensure that credit request packages/programs are in line with set strategy, policies and guidelines. 

•   Analyze credit requests and review proposed facilities structure.

•   Review/identify risks, mitigants and exit strategies and ensure their appropriateness. 

•   Evaluate the bank’s exposure against credit policy (concentration, risk rating, segment, etc.). 

•   Ensure the integrity and quality of data and data analysis. 

•   Validate risk rating and ensure appropriateness of pricing as compared to risk. 

•   Ensure the credit collateral documents validity and appraise of credit collateral. 

•   Manage the overall credit portfolio to ensure it is in line with the bank’s risk appetite. 

•   Ensure daily monitoring reports are generated, disseminated, followed-up and filed appropriately. 

•   Prepare required reports for submission to Bank Indonesia.
