Head of Credit Risk Jobs, UK
The client is a well respected bank in the UK with a strong European Corporate Lending portfolio. The main emphasis of the role is Credit Risk but there will be some involvement in Operational, Market and Liquidity Risk, however prior experience in these areas is not necessary.
Responsibilities:
• Control credit, market, liquidity and operational risks across the UK bank
• Report risk matters to the various Board Committees and make presentations on changes
• Provide leadership to the Risk function in the development of systems, procedures and controls across all risk types.
• Provide leadership in the development of ICAAP, ILAA, RST and RRP
• Report to the CEO of the UK business and the CRO of the parent company.
The successful candidate will have a strong background of working in Credit / Credit Risk for a corporate bank with experience of signing off on large ticket lending within the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will be a seasoned manager and have predominantly worked in the UK markets.
