Our client is a dynamic and highly regarded international Bank with an extensive network of branches and operations across India. Continued expansion of representative has brought about the need for a high caliber credit risk specialist to join their Senior Management Team in Delhi.

Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Management, you would be responsible for both credit analysis and credit risk. It would further include managing the mid office functions. You will make key decisions with regards to credit risk limits while ensuring the banks credit exposure is minimized. You will monitor a portfolio of corporate accounts (ie. large corporates and top-tier mid caps) and financial institutions with exposure to loans and other financial products. Working closely with relationship managers and their external clients, you will ensure the highest quality in service and delivery. Functioning as a key member of the senior leadership team, you will help drive the strategic growth initiatives of the bank.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a good University Degree or higher with a professional qualification; CA, CPA, CFA or FRM. A minimum of 10 years work experience in a credit risk or a risk related capacity covering corporate banking and/or treasury products is need. You should be presently working at a Managing Director or Director level with a bulge bracket or wholesale banking group. You will have a proven ability to run a regional business group and develop a credit risk framework (ie. process, procedure, documentation). Strong analytical skills and an in-depth knowledge of credit risk assessment for Local Corporates is essential for this role. You should have a proven track-record managing, training and mentoring staff.
