HEAD OF CRM-DEPARTMENT (BANK) recruitment

 RESPONSIBILITIES

-         Building of the company’s CRM-strategy (strategy of infrastructure developing, of analytical CRM and of target marketing);

-         Developing and realization of the Bank’s communication policy;

-         Micro segmentation of the Bank’s base in order to increase revenue;

-         Developing and realization of target campaigns including developing of differentiating messages;

-         Attraction of clients by channels of direct-marketing;

-        KPI: revenue from target campaigns (increasing of revenue from clients’ base), clients keeping, volume of sales by target channels. 

REQUIREMENTS

-         Gender and age aren’t matter;

-         High education (mathematical or economic is preferred), additional education in marketing / CRM;

-         5+ years of experience in profile;

-         Experience of effective realization of CRM-system in a large company (but not only implementation of CRM-system!);

-         Deep analytical experience.  

CONDITIONS

-         Employment according to the Labor Code;

-         Salary: fix 200 000 – 300 000 RUR gross (should be discussed as well as bonuses);

-         Social package (vacations, medical insurance, mobile phone);

-         Work schedule: long working hours;

-         Probation period: 3 months;

-         Office location: Moscow.
