A Head of CRM / Director of CRM / Senior Customer Relationship Manager - eCommerce is required to join the expanding team of a vibrant dotcom business who are going through a period of exciting growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Head of CRM / Director of CRM / Senior Customer Relationship Manager - eCommerce to manage and direct the CRM strategy aimed at both customer acquisition and retention.

The Head of CRM / Director of CRM / Senior Customer Relationship Manager - eCommerce will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing the CRM strategy and implementation of Customer Relationship Programs.
• Segmenting and strategically targeting the complex, multi-lingual customer database provide insight
• Improving engagement with the existing customer database by improving customer communications, across Email, Direct Mail (On and Offline) and Segmentation.
• Developing and implementing complex customer communication campaigns
• The management and development of a CRM and Customer Service team

The Head of CRM / Director of CRM / Senior Customer Relationship Manager - eCommerce will:

• Have a background of managing broad CRM campaigns and building and delivering strategy to acquire and convert customers
• Have a strong understanding of how to run successful customer conversion campaigns
• Be highly analytical and revenue focused - having the ability to analyse the database and translate that into revenue solutions
• Be degree educated, in a relevant statistical / mathematical / economics subject, or equivalent
