Head of Custody, International Bank Luxembourg (m/f) recruitment
Our client has high expectations when it comes to recruiting the right person to take on the lead for its important Custody Management and Service Unit. They are looking for a well rounded director who has a proven track record working in a similar position for a well known multinational Bank. For this position a good understanding of relevant regulations and structures in Luxembourg as leading Fund industry jurisdiction is an absolute must.
Requirements:
12+ years of financial services industry experience with deep knowledge of both the traditional and alternative investment fund business (custody and fund administration)
- Proven strong people management experience
- Experience managing multiple internal and external client relationships
- Senior strategic and operational project management experience
- Open minded and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Expert in regulatory requirements towards custodian bank (UCITS 5, AIFMD, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage and implement change
- Fluent in English. German would be a clear advantage
