Head of Customer Care

My client, based in the heart of Bristol city centre is looking for a new head of customer care to join their rapidly growing organisation. Established in 2009 the client has rapidly grown to over 400,000 customers and is currently looking for passionate and experienced professional to join their rapidly growing organisation.
The role that will be heading up a department of 250 members and the successful candidate will be responsible for pro actively delivering excellent customer care. This will involve developing and introducing strategy that delivers the highest standard of customer service achievable and creating an efficient customer service model that will facilitate rapid growth. In addition to this, the role will require supporting the operations manager to maximise the delivery of their teams in line with the companies high standards. Most important to the role, you must be able to form strong working relationships and be ready to take on a new challenge.
