Head of Customer Services (interim 12 months)

HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICES INTERIM JOB IN CARDIFF £60k- £65k+

My Client, a non for profit organisation is looking to fill an interim Head of Customer Services role in January.

Due to some leadership changes  the key goal for this role is to reorganise the customer service  department including :
The roles, Company Customer Services strategy and the whole department structure including  Customer Service processes and their implementation.

Ideally the company is looking for an experienced operations /customer service manager who has operated at directorship level and has got extensive experience in a range of Customer Service businesses.

The main principal accountability among other duties would be :
· To lead on the development of the Customer Service Strategy into a programme that sets out performance targets, measurement and risk matters and opportunities are identified, and driving the delivery across the business.

The position has got a possibility of becoming permanent depending of the need for the role after the restructuring is implemented.
If you poses leadership skills that inspire people and have got an ability to convert strategy in to achievable goals and have got a good understanding of the business benefits and commercial realities, from both the organisation’s and the customers’ perspectives this role might be for you.
