Head of Data Change recruitment
Responsibilities:
• Create and lead the Client Data Change function for the KYC Utility overseeing end-to-end project delivery that will work with all Group Businesses and internal support functions to deliver the project with a focus on the realisation of tangible financial, service quality and / or customer experience benefits which can be tracked through clear and explicit KPI’s.
• Plan and set project/program goals and objectives while applying different risk management strategies.
• Clearly define requirements and make targets accordingly, define resources and the schedule for the implementation of the project/program.
Essential Requirements acquired in Investment Banking:
• Significant experience of delivering change on large global business projects leading to an excellent understanding of the challenges of delivering change and how appropriate use of project management methodologies, standards and disciplines can improve the quality of change deliverables
• Background in Master Data Management (Client/Entity data)
• Strong project management skills working cross-culturally and in matrixed organisational structure on multiple project types and business areas
• A deep understanding of how to adopt methodologies and process to provide structure on a project to raise the standards of delivery and avoid repeating mistakes.
• Adept at structuring teams, putting processes and procedures in place while delivering a high quality service to stakeholders.
