Our client have a unique market proposition by offering a full suite of products across a range of clients from Sovereigns to PE funds and Corporates
Head up the origination, structuring and implementation process around DCM and Leverage Finance transactions, working with local teams where necessary
Arranging, structuring and provision of funding to clients for acquisitions, recapitalisation and leveraged buy-outs etc
Originate and execute corporate lending opportunities
Have an understanding of the necessary requirements for bond issues in the African capital markets
Develop strategic relationships with the larger African banks alongside the coverage team
Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to advise borrowers on all aspects of DCM or LF
Must have a background in DCM or Leverage Finance products or in-lending in Sub-Saharan Africa
