HEAD OF DEBT CAPITAL MARKETS
Job summary
- To build the Debt Capital Markets business in Hong Kong
- Responsible for client coverage, origination and execution of all DCM transactions involving Chinese and Hong Kong issuers.
- To liaise with Head Office, market and distribute full range of DCM products (especially RMB Bonds) to institutional and corporate clients
- To play an active role in business development and client management
- To research and analyze market dynamics and capture market trend of bond market
- To conduct credit research in making portfolio decisions
- To license as a Responsible Officer by the HKSFC
Candidate specification
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline preferably with qualification such as CPA, CFA, FRM etc.
- At least 8 years experience with relevant experience gained from sizable financial institutions.
- Recent experience in Chinese-background financial institutions is highly preferred
- Solid experience in managing RMB bonds
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese while Mandarin is a must
