This Global Credit Card Leader owns the largest network of Credit Card presence in America. They are famous for their dynamic approach to the market and flexibility of services provided in each local business.
They have quickly established a Shanghai location strategy to build up their Quantitative Modeling Center of Excellence in Shanghai. They currently have a group of 130 modelers working on their Credit Risk, Operational Risk and Campaign Data Analytic work. They are seeking a 'leader of leaders'.
Ideally, you will come from a strong hands-on quantitative background in Credit Risk to move into a strong management function to teach and mentor young leaders to build a strong working culture and environment. Your 20+ years of experience with 10+ years in management will allow you to drive the expansion and growth of each individual of the group as well as maintain the long-term stability of the organization.
