Head of Deposits recruitment
Reporting into the Head of Liquidity, Payments and Cash Management, responsible for pushing shareholders returns. Main Responsibilities are:
- Manage the design, development and PL for liabilities products. Review and endorse product programs, new product proposals, product propositions and strategies;
- Assess and review products, improve customer experience and maximise efficiency.
- Effective planning and completion of successful and cost minimising marketing programs.
Candidate should possess:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in the banking industry with strong knowledge of deposits products and pricing mechanisms.
- Experienced in product management, including new product development, pricing, marketing, and portfolio performance metrics;
- Strong leadership, motivational, influencing skills to manage cross-border and cross-functional initiatives, as well as ability to gain and maintain commitment from business partners
