Head of Design/ UX Job in London, London UK
My client is a top London agency and need a Head of Design/ UX (user experience) to lead their successful team.
Their clients are all e-commerce/retail based so prior experience in this field is preferred.
This Head of Design/ UX (user experience) role pays up to £65k
· Minimum 5 years experience working in a retail/ e-commerce environment.
· Thorough understanding of the entire website design and build process, with appreciation of information and interface design and branding
· Solid understanding of the principles of user centred interface design, and knowledge of usability and user research and testing.
· Expert user of industry-standard user experience software packages such as Omnigraffle, Visio, word and PowerPoint.
· Knowledge of standard and emerging digital marketing approaches including personalisation, localisation, social media and search optimisation.
