Head of desk – Fixed Income systematic trading recruitment

I am currently retained by a bulge bracket bank who are seeking a head of high frequency Fixed Income trading.

This is an opportunity to build out a new business within a highly profitable group and will offer a guaranteed first year bonus for exceptional candidates.

Previous experience in high frequency trading (any asset class) is essential.

The team you will be joining is a global one so the client is open to you building the desk in NY or London, although a degree of travel between both locations is part of the job requirement.
