We currently have an exciting leadership role available within AMP Direct. The position of Head of Direct Sales will lead our Direct General Advice and Sales functions. The AMP Direct division is responsible for developing the distribution channel that supports customers who wish to transact directly with AMP rather than through intermediaries.
The Head of Direct Sales will lead 3 sales managers and their teams operating in both Parramatta and Melbourne. The role is accountable for developing and executing strategy to achieve direct sales objectives in wealth protection and wealth management products. The role is responsible for the service levels, quality of advice and compliance of the sales teams. The position will involve important internal stakeholder interaction, working closely with areas including product, customer service, marketing to drive the continued growth of the direct channel.
To be considered for this opportunity we are looking for individuals with extensive Sales Leadership experience in Financial Services. The successful candidate will be an exceptional people leader with the ability to drive significant cultural change. Strong demonstration of strategic sales leadership and success in identifying new opportunities, new markets, and new customers is essential. Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline and DFP qualifications are preferred.
