Head of Distribution Support (m/f) IWI recruitment

Focussed on the elaboration of tailor-made solutions and service to partners, IWI relies on know-how and expertise to provide lasting solutions to its clients. The IWI offering is aimed at asset management and wealth structuring professionals in Luxembourg, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Germany and Italy.
The Distribution Support Department is the point of contact for our distribution partners based in Luxembourg, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Italy, and other EEA countries. This department primarily ensures, in coordination with our Relationship Managers, that our distribution partners receive a high quality service.
In order to support IWI’s strong commercial development and maintaining our level of partner servicing, we are searching for a Head of Distribution Support, reporting directly to the Chief Markets Officer.
Main duties
- Managing your team on a day-to-day basis;
- Ensuring that external requests are correctly logged, treated first level by your team and otherwise dispatched internally with appropriate monitoring ;
- Ensuring our partners receive a high quality service at all times;
- Informing our partners on the progress of specific cases or operations on a proactive basis;
- Further developing of monitoring tools regarding handling of complex cases or operations as well as CRM tools. Providing qualitative monitoring of all electronic and visual media to be sent to partners/customers, particularly online sales tools;
- Liaising with the marketing department and relationship managers on the dispatch of communications to our partner network;
- Further improving end-to-end workflows between distribution partners and the company
- Providing sales secondment, as required.
Profile required
- Educated to post-graduate level (4/5 years of third-level education (Bac+4/+5)) in finance, economics or law
- Proven B2B experience in the finance sector of at least 3 years in a similar role, including managing and motivating a team
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken); perfect command of an additional language (Italian, German or Dutch) will be considered a significant asset
- Excellent general understanding of life insurance solutions under the Freedom to Provide Services regime, including operational aspects
- Conscientious, service-oriented with commercial accumen
- Excellent organisational skills
- Effective communication skills with external parties
- Autonomous
- Team player
- Proficient user of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
