Head of ECM recruitment

Our client is a PRC I-bank.

The job:

-         Responsible for the origination, pricing, structuring, marketing and execution of equity capital market

-         Oversee all ECM and equity syndicate execution of the fund raising exercises, including advising, designing, planning, marketing and distribution of ECM

-         Perform roadshows

-         Monitor bookbuilding, and key responsibility for price determination, final share allocation and aftermarket stabilization

-         Establish strategic and manage ECM and syndicate team

-         Communicate with Corporate Finance, Institutional Sales, and Research departments to source and drive potential underwriting opportunities

-         Manage bookrunning.

The requirements

-         10 years in ECM/Corp Finance/Institutional in a sizable investment bank

-         Holder of good degree in business or related disciplines

-         Excellent command of Putonghua and English
