Head of Employee Marketing recruitment

Managing a small team, you will strategise and execute various employee marketing initiatives. You will also own corporate social responsibility and develop/manage internal communications. You will develop advocacy strategy for employees and employee value propositions. 

Key requirements:

-Good degree with at least 12 years’ relevant working experience

-Prior working experience in CSR and charity events will be advantageous

-Strong leadership and influencing skills

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
