Head of Enterprise Risk

The Role:
- Define the Enterprise Risk Framework ensuring key risk activities and disciplines are fully understood and embedded across the bank

- Develop policy standards and ensure policy working in practice
- Develop proactive engagement model with regulatory counterparts (specifically PRA/BOE)
- Facilitate embedding of agreed bank risk appetite into governance frameworks and business areas
- Provide the business with independent opinion in relation to multiple specialist risk functions

-Working with senior management to ensure risk independence from business lines and to design, consolidate and deliver the Bank’s board reporting

-Working across departments ensure there is a risk culture appropriate to the Bank’s risk appetite and regulatory requirements
