Head of Equities Advisory (Private Bank) recruitment
The Company
Our client is a leading regional private bank.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the team that provides direct trading advice on equity products to high net worth individuals. With it, you will identify and expand the advisory relationship with equity trading clients meeting a revenue threshold. Provide clients with profitable trading ideas in cash equities, ETF's, exchange traded equity options, OTC equity derivatives.
Working closely with bankers and directly with clients, you will communicate and execute on trading strategies. You are responsible for driving the desk's revenue and ensure that the team has the appropriate skill sets to deliver.
Your Profile
With excellent knowledge of equities and equity derivatives products, you have at least 10 years of relevant experience. You have a well recognized bachelor's degree, preferably with a CFA or other relevant post graduate qualifications. You have strong communication and presentation skills. You are creative, a strong motivator and have leadership potential.
