Head of Equities Technology – Mainland China recruitment
My client, one of the world's leading investment banks is currently seeking a Head of Equities Technology in Mainland China.
As the Head of Equities Technology you will be responsible for building and managing a team of 20+ developers, business analysts and testers. The IT environment is a mix of C#, C++, Java. You should already be operating at a VP-level in your current role and should exude the confidence and technical ability to manage a significant team.
Your ability to speak Mandarin will be essential for this position as you will need to communicate with internal and external stakeholders across the Greater China region.
This is a unique opportunity to drive and shape a large scale team working with global stakeholders, working directly with front office traders. Career prospects in this role are particularly attractive as this company intends to grow progressively over the next five years.
