Head of Equities Technology - Shanghai, China
This Global Investment Bank is famous for its strong focus on growing their Asian Emerging Markets. They have strong establishments in Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and now Shanghai.
This job has been created in their effort to establish a Technology Centre of Excellence in Shanghai to build and support their Equities business across the region. They are looking to build out their Front Office trading systems from Shanghai, utilising the strong local young talent.
You will require your 5+ years experience as an Equities technology leader to build this establishment from scratch. This job will face off directly with regional counterparts and stakeholders, promoting the location strategy of Shanghai and ensuring the consistent delivery of Front Office Equities of the highest quality. Your Mandarin communication skills will be a plus, but is not a must.
