This is an opportunity to join one of Australia and Asia Pacific’s leading investment and advisory houses. The firm has strong capability and a proven track record over many years, working with public and private companies, family offices and businesses, and institutional investors. Due to client demand and expansion, they are now seeking a Head of Equity Markets Advisory.
Based in Sydney, you will be responsible for leading and driving the Equity Markets Advisory business, whilst working closely with the MA, Sector, Debt and Funds teams. Your key focus will be around equity capital market transactions and general corporate advisory services, including but not limited to all forms of capital raisings, buy-backs, rights issues, IPOs, secondary issues, sell-downs, privatisations, and private capital raisings.
Given the nature of the role, it is expected you will have a demonstrable track record and thorough working knowledge of equity capital markets and corporate advisory. You will also possess outstanding interpersonal, presentation and written skills.
