Head of Equity Product Control Director Chennai recruitment
This newly created role is a reflection of strong growth within this leading bank’s global markets’ business. Reporting to the Global Head of Product Control, the position will lead the Equity Cash and Derivatives team in Chennai and manage and grow the group. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of trading results and, crucially, lead the way in fundamental procedural change resulting from a growth in business activity. Thus, an investigative and methodical approach will be required in order to identify faults and consequently apply solutions. This director level role will enjoy high visibility and presents an excellent opportunity to effect tangible improvement. To be considered, you must be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with at least ten years post-qualified experience. Extensive product control knowledge is vital around Equities products including derivatives and change experience highly valued. In addition, familiarity with valuations and prior experience of managing large teams will be looked favourably upon.
