Head of Equity Valuations / IPV (current VP required) – SINGAPORE

You will take on a team that has the majority of its headcount in Singapore, but that also has a presence in overseas offices within IPV functions being built out. Over the next couple of years you will be a key player in the build out. In Singapore your focus will be to manage and train a fairly junior team, in addition to building out the function to meet the demands of an increasing product portfolio and volumes. Given that the majority of the team is still relatively new and that some members of the Front Office that they support are also relatively new, you will be tasked with developing a much stronger working relationship between the functions.

Given the nature of the role you will be liaising closely with global desk heads, global business managers, MD’s in Finance, Risk (you will also sit in on risk committee meetings) and Product Control. It is therefore imperative that you have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. It is preferred that you are from an Equity IPV / Valuation or Product Control background. This is a unique opportunity for a current VP to step in to a high profile Director level global head role. It is even more unique that their desire is to take a current VP from either the London or US space so VP level Product Controllers / Valuation Controllers from either of those markets should be encouraged to apply.

With regards to the base salary offered, the bonus structure and the tax advantages, London VP’s would see their take home cash increase exponentially.
