Head of Finance
My client is a market leading business/support services organisation based in central London and they are looking to recruit a Head of Finance for one of their Business Units. This is a high profile role reporting directly into the Business Unit Director and has full ownership of all areas of the support services and contracts provided within this business unit.
This role will be responsible for providing best in class financial stewardship by ensuring an appropriate controlled and compliant environment is in place at all times to deliver timely, accurate and compliant reporting of actual, forecast and budgeted financial performance. It will also provide effective and strategic financial support challenge to the sector whilst ensuring contractual commitments are met appropriately. To contribute to the attainment of the BU Support Services Division’s short, medium and long term objectives, financial and non-financial, by supporting and working with Business Unit Director and the wider sector and contract management teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong academics, be qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA and have strong industry experience across support services. The candidate must have excellent communicational and negotiational skills and have worked within a contract/bid focussed business beforehand.
