Head of Finance & Administration, Leading Marketing Firm- London recruitment
My client a leading data consultancy in London, is looking for a Head of Finance and Administration to work with the Managing Director to ensure effective strategic and operational financial planning, monitoring and reporting to enhance the decision making process.
Typical responsibilities include:
Financial accounting and reporting
Management reporting, 3 year planning, budgeting / forecasting, ad hoc analysis
Financial systems, procedures internal controls
HR administration payroll functions
Taxation for all Group Companies- Corporate Tax, VAT, PAYE
Company secretariat matters , including annual returns and other requirements for Companies House
Cashflow management
Legal compliance
Facilities Management
Staff management 4 FTE positions
legislation, managing supplier contracts (eg. landlord, office machines)
My client is looking for a qualified accountant who has a proficiency in financial and management accounting experience, including external statutory reporting and budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, experience of staff management and a proven ability for implementing and monitoring financial controls. A preference is taken for those with a background in marketing services or retail accounting.
